FIELD: maintenance of motor vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed bed makes it feasible to diagnose faults in most important units during movement of motor vehicle by noises, gritting, knocks, shocks, howling, dins, clicks, crackles, squeaks. Novelty of invention consists in recording of these sounds in the form of digital codes in computer and is usage of these codes for processing by special programs and algorithms. Information is sent into computer over radio channel with the use of transmitter that is mounted together with sound sensors ( microphones ) on motor vehicle. EFFECT: creation of conditions for provision of automobile owners with inexpensive and timely, authentic and prediction diagnostic equipment. 1 dwg
