Abstract RU 2119651 C1

FIELD: equipment testing motor vehicles. SUBSTANCE: n signals showing registration data and operational characteristics of automobile are transmitted from n transmitters mounted on automobile over radio channel to diagnostic station. Received signals are detected, converted into n numbers and are entered into computer. Computer tracks level of decrease of operational characteristics and advises to bring them to optimum ones. Novelty of proposal lies in recording of numbers in computer in the form of file to form data base with n-dimensional mathematical model of automobile. With first passing of automobile by diagnostic station there is created calibration file and during subsequent passings there are formed current files that are compared with calibration one. Number of transmitters on automobile and dimensionality of mathematical model are determined depending on body of information needed for processing, on methods of its coding and presentation. Multimedia system of computer carries out conversion of signals received from transmitters into numbers. EFFECT: provision for proximity diagnostics of automobile with high degree of authenticity during its movement. 2 cl, 1 dwg
