FIELD: medicine, cardiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: method deals with applying temporary aortic pulmonary shunt by cannulation of ascending aorta and pulmonary artery with the help of polyvinyl chloride catheter which is preliminarily squeezed. Right pulmonary artery is squeezed, the trunk of pulmonary artery is narrowed down by 50% with simultaneous launching of temporary shunt. Parietally pulmonary artery is squeezed out more proximally against temporary shunt, anastomosis is applied with synthetic prosthesis according to the type of "the end-into-the side", the clamp is moved upon synthetic prosthesis. Parietally aorta is squeezed out, anastomosis is applied with the second end of prosthesis. Then anastomosis launching is conducted along simultaneous removal of temporary shunt. EFFECT: more spare and reproducible method.
