FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has installation mechanism with a unit for following with of coronal sulcus made as collar. The device also has system for producing elastic properties of penis, mechanism for controlling penis angle, mechanism for opening and closing the erector device, mechanism for tracing the penis length, mechanism for tracing the penis diameter changes, mechanism for tracing changed parameters of the coronal sulcus, system for fixing the erector device on coccygeal bone. The system for producing elastic properties of penis is placed under the penis and has cantilever consisting of two symmetrical springs joined to each other at their ends. The cantilever rests with three points on the members of installation mechanism and is able to easily change the size of escaping projection. The mechanism for controlling penis angle enables the coccygeal bone support member to move in vertical direction providing rotation of the erector device at the point of rest of the coupled yoke. The mechanism for opening and closing the erector device has clamp movable on two symmetrical springs, bring them together and apart opening/closing the collar and coupled yoke mounted on them. The mechanism for tracing the penis length changes has two mentioned springs with a collar at the external ends in which glans penis is placed. The springs are movable in three guides of installation mechanism along its axis. The installation mechanism allows controlling start position of the collar. The mechanism for tracing the penis diameter changes has two mentioned springs providing autonomous bringing the lower part of the coupled yoke and collar ends together and apart. The yoke is loosely mounted on the springs with ears. The collar ends are rigidly fixed on the springs. The upper part of the coupled yoke allows its bringing together and apart due to rope. The system for producing elastic properties of penis, mechanism for controlling penis angle, mechanism for opening and closing the erector device, mechanism for tracing the penis length changes, mechanism for tracing the penis diameter changes, system for tracing changed parameters of the coronal sulcus have two above mentioned springs, that connect them to the erector device installation unit. The system for fixing the erector device on coccygeal bone has compensation unit disposed on the loin in the loop thrown over neck and passing under armpits. The collar is flexible in radial direction and rigid in the axial direction. Spring ends are loaded so that tracing system is formed to follow changes parameters of the coronal sulcus. Erector installation mechanism is adjustable with pelvic size by means of horizontal screw and engageable with and connectable to all mechanisms, system for producing elastic properties of penis and system for tracing changed parameters of the coronal sulcus by means of coupled yoke in two ears of which the mentioned two springs are mounted and by means of axle along which the clamp easily travels by means of which the internal ends of the springs are connected.
