Operation effectiveness is calculated from empiric formula: E=0.5(P+1.1*V*(0.042*X+0.59)- 0.8)*(0.025*N+0.8)* (0.022*T+ 0.288), where N the number of incisions, P is the intraocular pressure before operation, in mm of mercury column, T is the age in years, X is the minimum distance from orbit wall to eyeball sclera in mm, V is the volume of drug to be introduced, E is the operation effectiveness in diopters. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of prognosis.
