FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has dropping chamber, solution filtering facility and inlet and outlet pipelines provided with injection needles. Dropping chamber is made in shape of reservoir which forms flow-through space with dry medicinal substance. Solution filtering facility is made as at least one milliporous membrane filter overlapping the flow-through space from outlet side. Dropping chamber output is connected to plastic vessel made for changing the volume as it is filled up to preset operating value. Lower part of vessel is fitted with outlet pipeline on which liquid flow regulator is positioned. Dropping chamber is coupled at its input to airtight elastic reservoir containing the solution through airtight connection with flexible fixing extensible projections.
