FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has piston cylinder-reservoir containing substance, piston rod as movable sealed reservoir containing substance and device having casing for forming movable sealed connections with movable cylinder-reservoir rod opening, compression piston or piston chamber having canal having exit on lateral wall and an exit into piston cylinder lumen. Device internal canal outlets are optionally arranged outside of piston cylinder-reservoir lumen. The device is movable in piston cylinder-reservoir opening and optionally has independent movable compression piston in canal and proximal gate for sealing canal opening when moving the device or external gate closing the internal outlet opening and compression section as reverse movement device.

EFFECT: simplified design; moving liquid chambers without destroying syringe partitions.
