FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: chuck body has two diaphragms: inner diaphragm 3 and outer diaphragm 4. These diaphragms are provided with lugs 5 and 13 respectively. Lugs 5 are engageable with clamping members 7 made in form of pins; lugs 13 are engageable with clamping members made in form of rollers 18 with spherical end surfaces by means of cams fitted on them. Rollers 18 are mounted in change cage 20 for axial motion. Surface of cage 20 may be provided with slots for receiving the cams; width of at least one slot exceeds width of other slots. Fitted in chuck body is stepped bush in whose hole pipe 31 is located. Pipe 31 has central stepped threaded hole 32. Bush 39 is screwed into right-hand stage 38 of above-mentioned hole. Pipe 31 and bush 39 are used for individual adjustment of sagging of diaphragms 3 and 4. EFFECT: avoidance of error of locating the parts in machining. 5 cl, 2 dwg
