FIELD: civil engineering; may be used in manufacture of reinforced concrete beams with prestressed high-strength bar reinforcement located in compressed zone of beams and with preliminary tensioned reinforcement in tensioned zone of beams. SUBSTANCE: method includes installation in mold of reinforcing cage, its fastening in mold, stressing of longitudinal reinforcement, filling of mold with concrete mix, and release of reinforcement stress after concrete setting. In this case, preliminary compression of reinforcement of compressed zone and preliminary tensioning of reinforcement in tensioned zone of reinforced concrete beams are performed simultaneously by one tensioning device by turning of end plate of loaded mold round axis. Any required ratio of forces of preliminary compression and tension is attained by definite positioning of the end plate. EFFECT: reduced labor input and specific metal content, and number of process operations in manufacture of reinforced concrete products. 6 dwg
