FIELD: navigation. SUBSTANCE: given sensitive element has sealed spherical envelope completely submerged into supporting current conducting liquid. Envelope carries three electrodes that ensure supply of electric energy. Envelope houses two coils of electromagnetic centering device, one gyromotor made fast to envelope and flat physical pendulum on resilient suspension in the form of two flat parallel plates. Pendulum is placed into sealed chamber filled with high- viscosity liquid. Motion of pendulum is limited by two limiters. Stator windings of electromagnetic transmitter of moment and additional mass displacing center of mass of sensitive element from its geometric center downwards and to west are attached to internal part of envelope. Thin nonmetal rod-limiter entering recess of tracking sphere with its free end is anchored on envelope. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of gyroscopic compass, simplified design and decreased cost of it. 6 dwg
