FIELD: inertial navigation, accelerometry. SUBSTANCE: accelerometer is inserted with additional resistance mark, heater 6 is anchored on immobile plate 3 of sensitive element and is connected in series through adjustment resistor 9 to DC source. Resistor 9 adjusts value of current flowing through heater 6 and consequently controls heating. EFFECT: improved functional reliability and efficiency. 3 dwg
