FIELD: tool-making industry, in particular, engineering of devices for measuring movement parameters of mobile objects, such as airplanes.
SUBSTANCE: accelerometer contains body, moving part, suspension of moving part and differential capacity displacement sensor, immoveable plates of which are positioned on the body on both sides of mobile part. Mobile plates are held on moving part, on sides, directed towards immobile plates. Accelerometer also contains current feeds, amplification and transformation block, outputs of which are connected to immobile plates of capacity sensor, and power block for capacity sensor. Accelerometer is also provided with two additional immobile plates, electrically connected to one another, positioned on both sides of mobile part, and connected to power block for capacity sensor. Mobile plates are electrically connected to one another. Also, additionally made are metallized areas, for example, in form of segments, positioned diametrically oppositely to suspension on central part of central plate and on side immobile plates and directed towards one another accordingly. Height of segments ranges from 1/4 to 1/3 of diameter of mobile part of central plate.
EFFECT: increased precision of device.
