Blade is made L-shaped, with slot on its surface, and knife is made disk-shaped and fixed by screws. Knife is inserted into blade slot, whose width and height exceed diameter and thickness of knife. Blade lower surface defining slot may be made arced. Knife may be equipped with sleeve having washers at its both ends. Knife may protrude beyond slot by 1/6 of slot diameter.
