FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: liver is taken from clinically health pigs (age is 2-5 months). Liver is separated for hepatic lobules, perfusion is carried out with Henx saline solution, Glisson's capsule is removed and liver is ruptured mechanically and filtered. The obtained precipitate is washed out with saline solution, enriched with nutrient medium-119 based on Henx solution, frozen and dried on tray by sublimating drying. The end product can be used orally in clinic practice and in pharmacy for medicinal forms making.
