FIELD: gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: mucous tissue and integumentary epithelium of muscular portion of stomach of bird age 2 to 6 months are treated with salt solution containing chlorohexidine at ratio 20:1 for 10-15 min, broken down, frozen at temperature from -20 to -30 C for 50-60 min, and subjected to sublimation drying at the same temperature and then to finish drying resulting in tissue preparation.
