FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with obtaining preparations based upon poultry bile to treat diseases of hepatobiliary system. The present method to obtain bile powder preparation consists of the following stages: isolation of gallbladder, mechanic purification through rust-resisting sieve, sterilization due to autoclaving, freeze drying, grinding and packing into hermetically sealed containers. Dry bile obtained could be used either as an additive to medicinal preparation or as medicinal preparation as it is. The present innovation provides obtaining preparation to treat diseases of hepatobiliary system by keeping biochemical properties of raw material under treatment.
