FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: coffee waste in the form of slime is first heat treated at temperatures from 170 to 195 C waste, thus treated is then extracted, and the resulting extract is concentrated by removing solvent to desired level of colorants and aromatic agents. Heat treatment is carried out for 25-30 minutes. Extraction is carried out under stirring.
