FIELD: tobacco industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary extraction of tobacco wastes by liquid carbon dioxide at temperature of 19-23 C, with tobacco waste and extractant ratio being within the range of (1:9)-(1: 12); separating extract; producing water-tobacco suspension by mixing, for about 20 min, produced tobacco shorts and tobacco solution obtained at tobacco web dehydration stage after casting on netted conveyor, with suspension concentration being 2.5-5.0%; grinding produced water-tobacco suspension to obtain grinding extent not exceeding 90 deg (by Shopper-Rigler) and forming tobacco web. Produced tobacco contains maximum amounts of natural flavor and aromatic components of tobacco raw material.
