FIELD: oil-and-gas production; may be used in gas lift and in fluid carrying out of gas well bottom. SUBSTANCE: accelerator-dispenser includes body accommodating flexible members bent in middle part towards center. Nonfixed ends of flexible members are tied over ring to avoid interference with wire of running-in device. Accelerator-dispenser is installed in tubing. Narrowing of tubing flow area is ensured by end of flexible members with respect to symmetry longitudinal axis. Diameter of channel of constricting device for passage of gas-fluid mixture is varied under the action of gravity of device run in well for performance of investigation. Flexible members may be made of wire. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation of gas-fluid lift with possibility of investigation by downhole devices. 2 cl, 4 dwg
