SUBSTANCE: method for separated lifting of products of producing wells includes lowering of tubing string with gravel-packed casing linear below producing formation floor into artificial bottom hole. During withdrawal of gas and fluid, the level of gas-fluid contact in well is maintained not below the level of gas-fluid contact in producing formation. Upper position of gas-fluid contact is maintained by regulating the value of withdrawal of gas through drill string-borehole annulus, and lower position of gas-fluid contact is maintained by installing covering float on gravel-packed casing linear.
