FIELD: manufacture of engines. SUBSTANCE: device has stators of compressor and engine interconnected by means of air duct performing function of combustion chamber. Fuel is injected on thermoinertial igniter fitted in air duct by means of injectors. Compressor and engine stators are provided with rotors; each rotor is provided with damper movable in diametral plane of rotor. Engine is provided with air cooling system for cooling inner surfaces which makes it possible to use heated air for generation of additional useful energy.
