FIELD: power engineering and transport. SUBSTANCE: engine and compressor are designed for converting combusted fuel energy into mechanical work. Engine has additional stators and rotors, shutters, combustion and expansion chambers and steam chambers, shutter guides and device to operate the shutters, and also exhaust pipes. Compressor has additional stators and rotors, shutters and compression chambers, guides for shutters and shutter displacement devices. Rotors of engine and compressor are installed on common shaft. Each device providing displacement of shutters in guides can be made either pneumatic, in form of chamber, branches and valve, or mechanical, in form of two crankshafts installed parallel to rotor shaft, and rocker. Each steam chamber encloses corresponding combustion chamber, both chambers being made cylindrical.
