FIELD: single-chamber microcompressors with elastic working elements. SUBSTANCE: given membrane compressor is set in motion by magnetoelectric drive of reciprocating motion. Excitation winding is located in stator-magnetic circuit. Mobile armature is fabricated in the form of round permanent magnet and is anchored in center of elastic membrane. Magnetic circuit is manufactured in the form of hollow cylinder with axially symmetric hole in one of face walls and coaxial rod put into another face wall inside cylinder which length is less than height of cylinder. Edges of hole and free butt of rod are pole pieces of magnetic circuit. Permanent magnet coupled to membrane is positioned between pole pieces. Frequently magnet is coupled to cylindrical spring installed in axially symmetric hole of coaxial rod and fixed with the help of adjustment screw. Design of compressor makes it feasible to minimize its dimensions and losses of energy in magnetic gaps. Compressor may energized both by source of symmetric alternating current and by pulse ( half-wave ) source. EFFECT: minimized dimensions and energy losses. 3 cl, 2 dwg
