FIELD: compression and handling of working media (gas or liquid). SUBSTANCE: compressor is operated by DC voltage at frequency of delivery of working medium exceeding frequency of supply voltage by two times. Direct conversion of energy of supply voltage into reciprocating motion of diaphragms and simultaneous use of these diaphragms as drive mechanism enhances efficiency of microcompressor. Reduced mass of movable members of drive mechanism increases natural mechanical resonance frequency of drive and increases output of compressor. Working chambers located oppositely in housing are connected with suction and discharge chambers through inlet and outlet valves. Flexible diaphragms separate working chambers from housing and are used as working members of microcompressor and reciprocating spring- loaded members of electric drive mechanism of reciprocating motion. Movable member setting in motion the diaphragms is made in form of rod connecting them; this rod carries two permanent magnets of opposite orientation; these magnets are separated by means of ferromagnetic insert. Rod is received by hole of ring-shaped armored core where excitation winding is arranged. EFFECT: avoidance of losses in conversion of motion. 3 cl, 1 dwg
