FIELD: pulse engineering. SUBSTANCE: generator has first and second p-n-p transistors 1 and 2, respectively, third and fourth n-p-n transistors 3 and 4, respectively, five resistors 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, capacitor 8, and two diodes 12, 13. Emitters of transistors 1 and 4 are connected, respectively, to power bus 9 and to common bus, their collectors, directly to bases of transistors 2 and 3, respectively, and through resistors 5 and 6 to common bus and power bus, respectively; their bases are connected to collectors of transistors 3 and 3 whose emitters are connected to common bus through resistor 7 and capacitor 8. Resistors 10 and 11 are inserted between bases of transistors 1 and 4 and between power bus 9 and common bus, respectively; two series-connected diodes 12 and 13 whose point of connection functions as output bus 14 are inserted between bases of transistors 2 and 3 in direction reverse to power supply. EFFECT: extended permissible range of supply voltage. 1 dwg
