FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new strain of bacterium Pseudomonas lemoignei that is deposited in All-Russian collection of microorganisms of VNII genetics at N B-6615. For preparing a preparation the strain is multiplied on beef-extract broth under condition of intensive aeration at 28 C, pH = 6.8-7.2 to concentration 5 x 109 cells/ml. Strain inhibits the growth of phytopathogenic fungi: Alternaria radiciana, Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium solani, Fusarium sambucinum and Helmintosporium sativum. Preparation stimulates plants growth, protects their from phytopathogens both during plants vegetation and harvest storage, for example, potato.
