FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used in cultivation of potatoes. In method for preplanting treatment of potato tubers, including preplanting treatment of tubers with bacteria with fungistatic and growth-stimulating properties, storage culture of strain Pseudomonas sp. with concentration of 106–107 cl/ml of working suspension, applied at a rate of 30 l/t of tubers is used. Pseudomonas sp. strain isolated from Eisenia fetida earthworm coprolites is used for treatment. After drying with drug potato tubers are dried for 2–3 hours.
EFFECT: invention enables to increase potato yield by reducing prevalence and development of potato diseases and increasing yield and marketability.
