SUBSTANCE: claimed method comprises mixing emulsifier, alkaline metal phosphate, liquid glass and water in the presence of polysiloxane for 15-30 min, subsequently adding pigment and filler to mixture, dispersing, combining pigment paste with aqueous dispersion of synthetic polymer and further stirring in the presence of 0.5-7.0% aqueous solution of thickening agent for 30-60 minutes.
