FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to a method for reconstruction of a building and a structure. Reconstruction method includes floor-by-floor disassembly of floors and partitions, removal of dismantled building structures from disassembly zone with alternate moulding of new floor slabs and internal partitions using formwork, which is assembled from separate elements into formwork web with formation of cavities and caissons for filling with concrete mixture. New floors are mounted from bottom to top and made monolithic and steel-reinforced concrete with design degree of fire resistance and fire resistance limit, wherein said fixed formwork is provided with fire-retardant panel and/or sheet fire-retardant material.

EFFECT: ensuring compliance of the reconstructed facility with the current standards and the normatively established fire resistance limit of each new floor covering of the building.
