FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying demineralized bone graft as cylindrical tube which external diameter corresponds to the internal one of the medullary canal of the injured bone at the place the defect is located and length is greater than the bone length by two tube diameters. Each end of the tube is placed in medullary canal two tube diameters deep. Stable graft position in bone defect is provided due to external fixation of fractured bone fragments being applied. EFFECT: provided tubular bone regeneration.
