SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and medical technology, namely experimental traumatology and orthopedics, regenerative medicine, and can be used for regenerative technologies. A graft for stimulating reparative bone regeneration at the site of a bone defect in the form of an autologous bone marrow segment from the bone marrow space of the tubular bone diaphysis, a method for autotransplantation of an autologous bone marrow segment to stimulate reparative bone regeneration and a device for transplantation of an autologous bone marrow segment are disclosed.
EFFECT: inventions provide the possibility of connecting bone fragments with defects exceeding the critical size by combining bone marrow pruning with the restoration of medullary vessels with orthotopic transplantation and the formation of a bone regenerate by the transplanted bone marrow, combining bone fragments into a single bone.
