FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves substituting intermediate fragment by means of traction member. The traction member is brought through medullary cavity of bone fragments. One end of the traction member is fixed in perosseous apparatus by means of distraction clamp. The other end is fixed on the intermediate bone fragment. Before being brought outside of the medullary cavity, the traction member is conducted through the block. Perosseous apparatus wire is used as block. The wire is brought through the bone diameter center under orthogonal montage traction plane member deformation. To take the traction member outside, an opening is formed in the cortical plate. The opening is produced in the projection of straight line connecting wire-to-traction-member contact point and wire and the perosseous apparatus distraction clamp. EFFECT: excluded cortical plate perforation in traction member coming out; provided correct fragment reposition in making abutment. 5 dwg
