OIL PUMPING STATION Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: hydraulic drive systems of submersible pumping units; lifting liquids from wells. SUBSTANCE: station includes housing where drive pump is mounted. This pump is kinematically linked with electric motor Elastic diaphragms and filtering elements are also arranged in housing. Through holes available in walls of housing in zone of diaphragms are used for bringing the interior of housing in communication with surrounding medium. Fitted inside diaphragms is delivery branch pipe whose one end is connected with outlet of drive pump and other end is connected with delivery line and is inserted in bore of housing. Branch pipe is blanked off at its end; it has radial holes for communication with bore from which delivery hydraulic line runs to hydraulic actuator which is also connected with return hydraulic line. Blanked-off end of delivery branch pipe is fitted in housing at axial clearance for connection with return hydraulic line. Delivery and return hydraulic lines are interconnected by means of additional hydraulic line which is provided with safety valve. Other safety valve is fitted in parallel with filter elements. In the lower portion of housing there are internal projections, external projections being fitted on upper flange of drive pump cover. External projections are used for fastenings.
