FIELD: driving microrobotics devices. SUBSTANCE: motor has stator, rotor, four cross-like section piezoids, rotor-mounted sprocket-like permanent magnet made of retentive material, and ring made of non-retentive material and mounted perpendicular to motor axis in a spaced relation to rotor. First piezoid is connected to ac power supply and second one, to power supply through phase shifter. First and third piezoids as well as second and fourth ones are paired and interconnected in parallel; each pair is secured with one end to ring at relatively perpendicular diameters of the latter and with other end each piezoid is secured in frame. EFFECT: improved reliability of solid-state motor, provision for parallel running of several motors from one ac power supply, enlarged functional capabilities. 5 dwg
