Abstract RU 2080638 C1

FIELD: adaptive optical systems. SUBSTANCE: phase modulator has deformed mirror 1, rigid base 2 and piezoelements 3 made in the form of rods with cruciform cross-section and trapezoidal longitudinal section. Width and height of cross-section of rod in point of joining with mirror are equal and their sum in point of connection to base does not exceed double distance between axes of adjacent piezoelements. Adjacent piezoelements are turned through 90 deg with reference to each other. Controlling electrodes 4 are applied on side planes of rod. High deformation and wide interval of working frequencies of adaptive mirror makes it possible to use it in information adaptive optical systems of infrared range. EFFECT: increased deformation of adaptive mirror, improved functional stability. 3 dwg
