FIELD: medical devices, in particular, equipment for contactless perforation of patient's skin on occasion of blood sampling for clinical analysis. SUBSTANCE: device has laser source, optical focusing system, optical illumination and positioning system, which is designed as alternating mechanical and optical parts. Optical part of illumination and positioning system has condenser, light source, diaphragm, lens, deflector plate, complex light filter, which two sides are made from glass of different colors. In addition optical focusing system has cylindrical lens which is mounted between deflecting light splitter and laser source. EFFECT: increased precision in positioning of illumination on skin surface, visualization of perforation location, optimal shape of perforated wound, which is shaped as cut 0.3 mm wide and 1-3 long, facilitated use due to minimal participation of operator in procedure. 1 dwg
