FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves first making femur head abduction and close setting into the cotyloid cavity. Corticotomy of iliac bone parts adjacent to the cotyloid cavity, intertrochanteric femur osteotomy, correction rotation of distal fragment or shift of proximal end of the distal fragment under the femur neck is carried out. Controlled bending of articulation lip is carried out until the femur head is completely covered. Correction rotation of distal fragment or shift of proximal end of the distal fragment under the femur neck is performing in controlled way during the postoperative aftercare period as a particular case. Another particular case involves performing surgical intervention on both sides. EFFECT: repaired natural relations in the hip joint. 3 cl, 5 dwg
