SUBSTANCE: claimed composition comprises (wt parts): 40-100 mixture of oil-filled and oil-nonfilled block copolymers; 4-12 filler selected from group consisting of polystyrene PMC-115, white carbon WC-120 aerosil A-175, kaolin, chalk, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer rubber meal or mixture thereof; 10-25 petroleum oil with kinetic viscosity of 15-20 sq. mm/s at 50 c containing 73.8-87 wt % paraffin-naphthene hydrocarbons, 13-26 wt % aromatic hydrocarbons including 10-24.5 wt % light hydrocarbons and 1.5-4.5 wt % mean hydrocarbons; 0.1-5.0 dye; 0.1-3.0 antioxidant; 0.1-1.5 azodicarbonamide blowing agent. The claimed composition has improved dynamic endurance at low temperatures of footwear bottom components, improved indexes of adhesion with fabric, density and attrition resistance.
