FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: multilayer material contains textile base with the weight of 130-160 g/sq.m, rupturing load of 665-1,060 N, specific elongation of 520-850%, adhesive layer and polymeric coating including at least one layer and formed on textile base by doubling with textile base at temperature of 150-160 C, with following gelation at temperature of 200-220 C. Polymeric coating contains following components used in the following ratio, wt%: suspension polyvinyl chloride 100; plasticizers: di-2-ethylhexylphthalate 45-60; di-2-ethylhexylcebacynate 15-20; stabilizers: complex stabilizer based on barium-cadmium-zinc salt of synthetic fatty acids of C10-C13 fractions 1.5-2.5; lead silicate 0.5-1; calcium stearate 0.5-1.5; filler such as separated chalk 5-15; stearic acid 05; blowing agent such as azodicarbonamide 1.5-2; synthetic nitrile-butadiene rubber 15-20; rosin and epoxyadiane resin reaction product with molar weight of 600-1,500 at weight ratio of 10-18:90-82 2.5-1; rosin and epoxyadiane resin reaction product with molar weight of 1,800-3,500 and organic dye used in the ratio of 6-5: 88 - 90:6-5 5-3, with textile base and polymeric coat ratio being within the range of 1:1.3-1.67. Multilayer material is artificial leather with polymeric coat. Applied composition possesses increased light and heat resistance, high resistance to migration of low-molecular components and improved unlubricated and fluid friction resistance, as well as increased rigidity and strength.
