FIELD: employment of enzymes in production of oil, gas or water from underground beds. SUBSTANCE: method consists in injection into bed of substrate for enzyme and separate enzyme, and conversion of substrate under the effect of enzyme into acid; operation of withdrawal of hydrocarbons from bed. Hydrocarbon may be in the form of oil and gas. Bed may be water-bearing bed. Substrate is used in the form of ester of carboxylic acid, for instance, methyl acetate, ethyl acetate, etc. Enzyme is used in the form of hydrolase or lipase, or esterase. Method of removing carbonate or ferrous deposits from underground bed or from oil-field equipment with use of enzyme and substrate for enzyme with formation of acid. EFFECT: intensified withdrawal of hydrocarbon and water from bed due to gradual formation of acid and its contacting the entire length of rupture, improved efficiency of acid treatment of beds. 23 cl, 5 tbl
