FIELD: range-finding systems, in particular, laser range finders, applicable in optical-laser sighting systems, range-finding and air target tracking systems. SUBSTANCE: the optical-laser system for aiming, tracking and range-finding of air targets uses a laser radiator with a pumping unit and a radiation sensor incorporated in the optical sighting tracking system and range-finding channel, as well as a computer unit. The laser radiator has a unit of radiation modulation at frequencies f1 and f2, whose output is connected to the input of the laser radiator pumping unit, the optical sighting tracking system uses a target search, detection and tracking heat channel, sighting system mirror control tracking system; and the computer unit uses a multiplexer, homing head target indication unit, laser range finder electronic unit and an on-board digital computer system; the mirror control tracking system is connected to the target search, detection and tracking heat channel, laser radiator, on-board digital computer system and homing head target indication unit; both radiation sensors through the multiplexer made for switching-over the radiation modulation frequency are connected to the laser range finder electronic unit whose output is connected to the on-board digital computer system.
