FIELD: ranging systems, in particular, laser range finders, applicable in opto-laser systems for sighting, ranging and tracking of air targets. SUBSTANCE: system uses a laser radiator with a pumping unit and radiation detector included in optical sighting tracking system and ranging channel, as well as a computer unit. The sighting tracking system has a mirror installed for turning, whose position is determined by a signal generated by the computer unit; the laser radiator uses a unit of radiation modulation at frequencies f1 and f2, whose output is connected to the input of the laser radiator pumping unit, and the second optical radiation detector employing an avalanche photodiode, as well as a telescopic objective lens used to reduce the beam divergence.
