FIELD: mechanical engineering; engines. SUBSTANCE: turnable head with bell-shaped metering chamber is arranged in housing. Soft diaphragm made to follow shape of chamber wall is secured in chamber. Metering space is formed by one wall of chamber and diaphragm tightly pressed to other wall by liquid pressure. Reversing of flow through chamber is provided by turning the head by signal of pressure differential transmitter arranged in housing. End face joint between chamber and housing, loaded by spring, plays the part of change-over spool. EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced manufacturability, increased service life. 3 dwg
