FIELD: aviation, in particular, aircraft industry. SUBSTANCE: the switchgear has a base accommodating the main and essential bus-bars connected to the contacts of junction diodes. The latters are installed in cooler units tied by explosive bolts with annular necks protecting the diodes against excessive contact pressure. To standardize the contact pressure on the diodes, force is transferred to them through double-arm springs and pusher. EFFECT: replacement of traditional contactors by junction diodes enhances service reliability of switchgear. 3 dwg
