FIELD: power supply to aircraft electrical equipment under normal and abnormal conditions. SUBSTANCE: system has current supply, central switchgear, main and emergency distribution buses, and fast-response switches. Placing the system in operation supplies electricity to main and emergency buses through own connecting lines only. In case of failure of any line, such as ground fault, respective switch de-energizes and disconnects emergency bus from connecting line and connects it to main bus. EFFECT: reduced break time in power supply to users connected to emergency buses as it depends on turn-off time of switches and does not depend on operating time of system fuses. 1 dwg
