Abstract RU 2122783 C1

FIELD: agriculture, in particular, front sprinkling equipment. SUBSTANCE: sprinkler has double-armed girder mounted on central part of supporting car. Each arm of girder has rotary unit and sections with water supply pipeline having sprinkler nozzles. Girder sections are provided with units for rotation and fixation of sections in operating and transport position. Rotary unit is formed as polygonal member and its joining part is formed as construction defined by rigidly connected rectangles positioned in common plane and having common lower base. Rectangles are mounted so that their larger side is positioned in vertical plane to provide joining of any girder section. End section of girder arm is equipped with helical hanger for water supplying pipeline, whose one end rests upon smaller face of prism. Bases of prism are defined by scalene rectangular triangles and mounted in vertical position with their larger side. Prism upper rib is connected with water supplying pipeline by cables. Each rectangle of joining part of rotary unit and related rectangles of joining bases of girder sections are made congruent. Rotary units with general-purpose joining part allow working width of sprinkler unit to be regulated and modifications with low material usage to be provided due to decreased arm length by removing girder sections adjacent to rotary unit.
