SUBSTANCE: foot heating device has resilient casing 1, body 2, sole 3 with heating members positioned on sole 3, current conductors laid in channels made in sole surface, and electric energy generator mounted in housing 2. Movable plate 8 positioned in resilient casing 1 below body 2 has catches and guides 11, which are arranged in poles and contact by their upper ends with springs. Catches are connected with ratchet wheel fit onto shaft attached to partition walls and joined by its other end with drum carrying coiled spring connected with roll. EFFECT: simplified construction, reduced production cost and decreased inertia. 5 dwg
