FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to emergency rescuer outfit, in particular - that of rescuers engaged in rescue and salvage operations under the conditions of natural and technogenic emergencies causing destruction of facilities as well as under seismically dangerous conditions. The clothes for rescuers operating under extremely seismically dangerous conditions in northern latitudes consist of a jacket for protection against mechanical impacts, a bib overall, a vest and a rescuer headpiece. The protective jacket has a central flare zipper fastener covered with a snapped wind-protection flapper, side and vertical zipped slash pockets, a volume patch pocket for a portable radio set and a slash zipped pocket on the shoulder yoke to the left and to the right accordingly; on the right sleeve there is a set-in pocket with a flap while on the jacket back there is the inscription "EMERCOM OF RUSSIA". At the bottom, the jacket is tensioned with a cord with fixtures; the sleeves bottom is trimmed with cuffs tensioned with an elastic band and a strap with a textile fastener; the stitched-in hood to be accommodated in the collar pocket can be adjusted along the face cut with the help of an elastic cord; reflective strips are sewn on along the breast line, along the jacket bottom, in the front and on the back as well as along the sleeve bottom. Provided for is a detachable insulant element is (to be zipped to the jacket flare) as well as bottom patch pockets in the front and a knitted collar; the bib overall has a zipper (closed with a flap with press fasteners) as well as stitched-on shoulder straps the free ends whereof are attached to the front part with the help of clamp locks. Positioned below the overall waist line are zipped side set-in pockets; at the breast line level to the right is another zipped set-in pocket; within the knee area there are side set-in pockets with textile fasteners with an additional knife pocket to the right; along the waist line there are five drop loops; the knee area and the sitting area are reinforced with overlays; the overall bottom has zipped puffs and cords with fixtures enclosing vibration protection shoes; below the knee area there are reflective strips sewn on. The detachable thermal insulation buttoned on top of the bib overall has a zipper fastener, a coupling link with a string along the waist line, knitted ribs and straps while the vest is of one-piece design with a knitted fastener fixation and a reflective strip along the bottom; on the vest back there is the inscription "EMERCOM OF RUSSIA"; the headpiece is of Cromwell ER1 type, made of thermoplastic resistant to high temperatures with the visor and the goggles made of polycarbonate; the protective jacket has a protective shell consisting of a textile lining bonded to protective shells; resilient framework posts are attached to the textile lining by means of belt fixtures while the protective shells are attached to the resilient framework posts; The protective shell consists of three layers; the first layer turned towards the environment surrounding the operator is designed in the form of interconnected rings made of stainless steel while the third layer turned towards the operator body is made of a perforated polymer material such as aramid fibre; the second layer positioned in between is made resilient, composed of resilient mesh elements; the rings are made of stainless steel. The density of the mesh structure of the resilient mesh elements is within the optimal range of 1.2 g/cm3…2.0 g/cm3. The resilient mesh elements are made of EI-708 grade steel with diameter within the optimal range of 0.09 mm…0.15 mm.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of rescuer protection under seismically dangerous conditions.
