FIELD: personal utensils, clothes.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to heat-protective clothes and may be used for the purposes connected with prevention of hypothermia of the user exposed to low temperatures for a prolonged period of time, in particular for polar explorers, mountaineers, hunters and fishermen. Heated foot wear contains an inner sole with installed therein electric heating elements; electric heating elements are made on the bases of carbonic fiber materials and are connected with the power supply source through a eyelet hole arranged on the external side in the shinbone part of the shoe, whereat electric power source can be fixed on the leg of the user or in the special internal pocket, and connection with the heating elements is made through the electrical connector and thermo-switch. Besides, a packet of at least two plate type electric batteries on the base of fluorinated hydrocarbon - lithium-nonaqueous electrolytes may be a source of electric power.
EFFECT: ensuring full working capacity of the user within a prolonged period of time in subzero temperatures.
