FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has power supply unit, microprocessor control unit connected to the latter and optical unit with semiconductor laser diodes connected to microprocessor control unit. Radiation of laser diodes is combined by means of fiber-optical transducer for introduction into input of changeable fiber-optical instrument. The latter is designed to irradiate cutaneous coverings and internal organs both transcutaneously and endoscopically. Semiconductor laser diodes radiate on wave lengths of 635-670 and 810-840 nm, respectively, which corresponds to visible and infrared sections of spectrum. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
